Where we ship

We ship across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on every order within the UAE.

 

Processing and delivery time

Orders placed before 4:00 pm (GST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Friday and Saturday, are dispatched the next business day. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within two business days, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 54 173 1798.

 

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready. Our courier will contact you before delivery.

 

Delivery attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail and we cannot reach you, the order is returned to us and refunded, less any delivery cost incurred.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and delays caused by an incorrect address are not our responsibility.
