Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the case and all accessories included.

To start a return, email abindlmouk@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 173 1798 with your order number. We will confirm the return address and arrange collection.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery cost.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

Items that cannot be returned

Items marked final sale, and any item returned without its original packaging or protective case, cannot be refunded.

 

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error, we cover the return cost. In all other cases the customer covers return shipping.
